The room was modern and came with a shower, hair dryer, and bidet. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was breathtaking in the beautiful Trentino area. 🌄.

Fairly clean place with street views and very friendly staff. Spotless rooms. Stunning and incredible location, within a close distance from Lewes Market Tower. 10 minutes walk to a bus stop.

Le chicche bio bistro is only a short distance to the hotel. Here we were really close to few of our favorite spots such as Castel Belfort. Even the Bolzano airport was not so far.

Its location is perfect, situated right next to the reception and in the heart of Andalo. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful hills nearby. the breakfast offers a delightful variety of local foods.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was modern and beautiful at this hotel.

Great spa facilities with a lovely view of the mountains and a good selection of saunas. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. The staff is really friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were a bit small and outdated, though they were clean. The breakfast was quite basic and not very varied, and the hotel lacks a bit of atmosphere.

Great rooms and delicious breakfast. the hotel spa was also excellent. the location was perfect, very close to the ski lifts and the town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. the free parking space was also very helpful.

The cancellation policy was absolutely heartless.

We also appreciated the laundry service, as it allowed us to pack light and have clean clothes throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel provided a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. The welcome drink was a nice touch and made us feel welcome right from the start. the hotel had excellent amenities and services, making our stay luxurious and comfortable.

This hotel is centrally located near the beautiful hills of Trentino. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with modern amenities such as LCD TVs and electronic safes. the breakfast is appetizing and the spa is definitely worth a visit.

Sadly, the customer service is below expectations and lacks professionalism and attention to clients' needs.

The location of this hotel was amazing, with fine views of the surrounding nature. The facilities were great, especially the pool and spa, and the hotel was everything was super clean. I had no trouble finding parking and the hotel was located near the centre of this city, making it easy to get around. The staff were also helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. Lastly, the breakfast provided was varied and delicious.
